Special Sessions

Paper Submission and Publication

The authors are invited to submit their full papers by June 25, 2018. The submissions will be peer-reviewed for originality and scientific quality. As done in previous editions, the proceedings of NICS 2018 will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Digital Library. A selected number of accepted and personally presented papers will be expanded and revised for possible inclusion in special issues in ISI/Scopus journals.

  • Notification of acceptance: August 15, 2018
  • Camera-ready submission: August 30, 2018
  • Conference dates: November 23-24, 2018

Submission guideline

Authors are invited to submit papers of up to 6 pages, written in English, in PDF format and compliant with the IEEE standard ( The proceedings will be published by IEEE and be available at the conference. All papers must be original contributions and not previously published, nor currently under consideration, for publication elsewhere. Papers should be submitted through the EDAS conference submission system at
